Quality Integrated Services, Inc. (QIS) has been serving the energy business on a continuous basis since 1991. The initial services of QIS were focused on field services such as inspection of construction of pipelines, compressor stations, metering stations, pumping stations, and tank farm facilities. Through the years, Quality Integrated Services, Inc. has expanded its services to include project management, construction management, fiber optic construction inspectors, rights-of-way acquisition, as well as, safety and Operator Qualification training for pipeline construction personnel. QIS provided the Inspection of construction of the Offshore Pipeline on the largest Gulf of Mexico pipeline to date – the 473 mile 36" Gulfstream Natural Gas pipeline from Mobile Bay, Alabama to Tampa Bay, Florida.
QIS provides the following services to their Owner Clients:
- Inspection of construction of gas and petroleum product pipelines
- Inspection of construction of Pipeline facilities such as compressor stations, truck terminals (loading racks), pumping stations, gas gathering systems, meter stations, anomaly (pipeline integrity) inspection digs.
- Inspection of Tanks and Tank Facilities
- Inspection of installation of fiber optic facilities, trunk lines, and HDPE piping systems.
With a database that has been established, updated, and well maintained for over seventeen years, QIS Field Services personnel provide the experience, professionalism, and commitment to complete their client’s projects.
QIS maintains a multi-disciplined staff that is capable of performing both large and small projects. Although they have provided their services for two of the largest pipeline projects throughout the world since the year 2000, their reputation was built by professionalism and dedication to every project regardless of size. No project is ever too small.
QIS has full-time personnel that provide Operator Qualifications for their personnel. They also provide their services to other companies that require training, evaluation, and administering of testing to their personnel. QIS is a National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) assessment Center.

QIS continually strives for total compliance with OSHA utilizing a full Safety Matrix structured specifically to individual customer requirements. Their employees routinely complete OSHA training and job specific training on all projects. QIS has upheld an excellent safety record in the past and will continue to strive to achieve the utmost safety standards.
Quality Integrated Services’ Use of ISNetworld
Quality Integrated Services utilizes ISNetworld to report their health and safety information to 15 Owner Clients. Their written health and safety programs are among the information that they have submitted. The ISNetworld RAVS Team reviewed their documents to ensure their safety programs are meeting OSHA standards. Through this review, QIS has achieved a 100% compliance grade for their written safety programs. In addition to submitting their written safety programs, they also submitted training rosters to verify the training their employees have completed.
