Stroud Diving & Hydrography has excelled for 56 years in serving North & South America with providing general diving and pipeline services to the marine industry. Stroud Diving & Hydrography first entered the petroleum market in 1947 and became an incorporated company in 1953, establishing roots in Jacksonville, Florida. They were able to expand and grow within the industry as they were purchased by Marine Engineering Systems Company (MESCO) in 1982. With their rich culture and loyal customers, they have been able to sustain faithful service for over half a century.
Safety Training & Program Development
Stroud Diving & Hydrography has a very thorough, pro-active Safety Compliance Program. Previously, Stroud Diving & Hydrography was using 240 different ways to monitor their safety training and program development. They are now able to use just one way, standardizing their information through ISNetworld's streamline system. Over the years, they have been able to make changes in their safety training and program development to not only better suit their Owner Clients, but to better suit their company as a whole.
With the partnership between Stroud Diving & Hydrography and ISNetworld, Stroud Diving & Hydrography has noticed several positive changes in the industry, including the following:

Stroud Diving & Hydrography steers their training programs in two different directions through the use of five safety training manuals. They train on normal industrial safety topics for all industrial craft operators as well as marine and diving related topics for training and mastering.
Stroud Diving & Hydrography's Use of ISNetworld
In 2007, Stroud Diving & Hydrography became a member of ISNetworld. Since that time, they have reported all their health and safety information and submitted their safety programs in one central location, as well as utilized the other value-added tools ISNetworld provides.
ISNetworld's Operator Qualification (OQ) tool allows Stroud Diving & Hydrography to manage and report their OQ qualifications to their Owner Clients. Reports can be automatically submitted to the Owner Client, highlighting each employee and which tasks they are qualified to perform. This results in less confusion on-site and ensures that the task is performed by a qualified individual.

Stroud Diving & Hydrography also uses ISNetworld's Training Manager tool, allowing Stroud Diving & Hydrography to manage all of their in-house training records. Training Manager allows them to manage their entire course catalog that consists of 100 courses and more than 20 employees. The reporting functionality Training Manager provides gives Stroud Diving & Hydrography the ability to analyze each part of the training process and helps to continually improve the quality of the service they provide. Although Training Manger is not required by any of their Owner Clients, it saves time and money and helps their internal reporting processes be prepared in an organized and efficient manner.
